Because Tritan is a naturally heat-resistant material, we recommend warming your formula or breast milk BEFORE putting it into the Griö bottle rather than trying to warm it in the bottle

Before first use, make sure to sterilize and clean all feeding bottle parts and accessories.

BOTTLE, COLLAR, SILICONE NIPPLE AND LID

Sterilization: Disassemble bottle parts. Sterilize (bottle, collar ring, silicone nipple and lid) by placing them in large pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. DO NOT boil for longer to avoid product damage. Use a wide and deep pot. Ensure that all parts are submerged in water. Avoid contact with pot walls to prevent damage to product. Wait until the water has “cooled” before removing to prevent deforming of parts caused by high temperatures. To reduce risk of deforming of parts caused by high temperatures, we recommend UV chambers be used for sterilization.

 

Dishwasher Safe: All bottle parts are dishwasher safe. In a dishwasher, use top rack only.

 

Handwash: Handwashing with hot water and light detergent for day to day use is acceptable.

 

ACCESSORIES – BASES, SCENT CLOTHS AND STORY CARDS

Dishwasher: Bases are dishwasher safe. In a dishwasher, use toprack only. Story cards ARE NOT dishwasher safe.

 

Handwash: Hand wash scent cloths with soap and warm water. Lay flat to dry.

 

Handwipe: Wipe PVC story card with damp cloth. Story card is not heat resistant and may warp when heated.
